We ship via Fedex or DHL only.

At checkout, if your country is not accepted for shipping, please email us at infobionetix@gmail.com and we will check if it can be accommodated.

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. The importer may also incur customs brokerage fees. These charges are separate from Bionetix Devices shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government by the importer (yourself).

Please do not ask us to adjust invoices for customs purposes.

Shipments are sent out after a waiting period which is indicated on the website.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct postal address for shipping.

We have no control over shipments once they have been picked up by the courier. We cannot make any changes in address or date of delivery and the courier will deliver as per the details given at the time of booking.

Returns
​
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please email infobionetix@gmail.com

1. Distance Selling Regulations 2000
We accept any unused item back up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund including original outbound postage providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

This only applies to personal customers. Does not apply to business customers.

Customers must contact us by email (infobionetix@gmail.com) and request a return within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be authorized and use the full returns address we provide.

Carriage costs for returning the Goods are the customer's responsibility

The Goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
-
All goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment delivery.

Items must be unused. They may be opened to check if they suit but must be unused.

Not included in Distance Selling regulation:

Personalized, Made to Measure or Special Order items

Additional Services - Upgraded Delivery Methods (if upgraded to a Courier delivery rather than a standard postage option)

Business to Business Orders that are not covered by DSR

It is the consumer's statutory duty to return the goods in good condition and to return the goods correctly paid and adequately protected. We reserve the right to charge direct costs for breaches of the statutory duty.

For Business to Business orders: items return as not required or not needed will be subject to a 25% fee.

2. Faulty Products

If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged please contact us for assistance. If your problem can't be resolved, the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:

All returned Goods must be authorized and sent to the full returns address we provide

Goods should be returned completely.

The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us including any import duties charged to us on return.
If the goods are found to be faulty

If found defective a new working replacement will be sent to you. We will inform you first if this happens.

Return postage will be paid by Bionetix Devices for the defective item.
